American University panelists will speak about free-trade as a tool to end poverty,
specifically as it relates to the Doha Round of the World Trade
Organization.
A discussion with Hans Peter Lankes from the International Monetary Fund, Susan Sechler from the German Marshall
Fund, and Mark Weisbrot from the Center for Economic Policy Research
will be followed by a brief question an answer session. Please
