			<description>Not to worry.  The ruling class is coming around to Baker's thinking on property rights.  Already, lenders of house loans in the USA have decided that they no longer need government granted monopoly protectionism of title to the property serving as the basis of the loan to proceed with foreclosure.

By ridding trade with South Korea of this anti-competitive protectionism, it will be possible to have truly free trade that allows multinationals to foreclose at will on any property secured under prior contract, promise or other obligation otherwise enforceable by law of persons who are not corporations. - izzatzo</description>
