			<description>In Figure 8, the &quot;top 5%&quot; bars [i]include[/i] the top 1%'s share.  If this is separated out, it is seen that the share of the next 4% starts at ~13% and rises to 14%.  Those folks are still doing fine, but their share pales beside that of the top 1%. - JBG</description>
