			<description>Interesting. But my intition is that you greatly overstate the purchasing power of Delhi's top vingtile which is after all one in twenty. Yes the elite there are a quantum ahead of the US poor, but I think that would be best captured in categories like the top 1% and fractions thereof.  - Andrew</description>
