			<description>   The really big error of omission is that the CBO couldn't score the revenue in the Ryan plan because he didn't give enough specifics so the CBO just reported  the revenue projections that Representative Ryan gave them.

    Even without knowing the specifics, the Ryan revenue projections can't be correct because Ryan states he won't increase taxes but also states that net tax revenue will rise by over 20% by 2030.

     So the Ryan plan will balance the budget on taxes that Ryan refuses to raise. - Robert Salzberg</description>
