Top Ten Positive and Negative MSA's
In a recent series of joint reports by CEPR and the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC), the authors compared the costs of ownership and renting across the United States. Among the study's findings were the rates of equity accrual in the top 100 MSA's in the nation.
