Washington — Changes that remote work makes in the workplace continue four years after the pandemic began. A new analysis by CEPR’s Hayley Brown offers a snapshot of how these changes impact different demographic, occupational, and geographic groups.
“The ability to work from home has redefined the nature of work. Understanding who does and does not have access will lay the groundwork for making this work arrangement more equitable and inclusive,” said Brown.
